These single-day events are designed for all ages and ability levels and allow families the opportunity to play competitive golf in a family-friendly environment. Featuring three categories - open, couples and adult/youth - all rounds are played in the Captain's Choice format. Participants are divided into two-person teams, however, singles are welcome and will be paired with a partner the day of the event. No handicap is needed and there are no age restrictions. The Summer Family Golf Tournament series runs every weekday beginning May 31 and lasting through August 26. The site of the tournament will rotate each day.

To celebrate the 18th anniversary of the Summer Family Golf Tournaments, children under 16 years of age can play for free with a paying adult. One paying adult must accompany each junior to be eligible for the "kids play free" promotion. Entry for each adult, or additional junior, is $28 and unless otherwise noted on the schedule, includes green fees, cart and the chance to win one of many tournament prizes. A closest-to-the-pin and long drive contest will also be featured each day.
